These terms apply to your use of the Mullings Media website, including mullingsmedia.com, our online booking, and the booking and invoice pages we send you. By using the website you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.

Booking a session

Every session is governed by our Photoshoot Agreement. It covers the retainer, payments, cancellations and rescheduling, lateness, travel, delivery of your images, image use and liability. You read and sign it when you book, and it forms the contract between you and Mullings Media for your session. If anything in these terms conflicts with the agreement you signed, the agreement applies to your session.

A booking is only confirmed once you’ve completed the booking and paid any retainer required. Prices, packages and availability shown on the website can change, but the price confirmed for your booking won’t change unless you change your booking.

Your information

Please give accurate details when you book. How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Booking and invoice links

After you book, we send you private links to your booking and invoices. Please keep them to yourself: anyone with a link can view what it shows.

Photos and content

All photographs, text, logos and other content on this website belong to Mullings Media or the people who gave us permission to use them. You may view and share links to our pages, but you may not copy, download, edit, or use our photos or content for any other purpose (including commercial use or training software) without our written permission. How you may use the photos from your own session is set out in your Photoshoot Agreement.

Using the website

You agree not to:

  • make bookings in someone else’s name or with false details;
  • try to access parts of the website, accounts or data you’re not authorized to;
  • interfere with the website, overload it, or use automated tools to copy it;
  • use the website for anything unlawful.

Availability

We work to keep the website available and accurate, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or suspend parts of it at any time.

Liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Mullings Media is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Our responsibilities for your session are set out in your Photoshoot Agreement. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can’t be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, and the courts of Jamaica have jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
